1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are digital downloads (such as eBooks, courses, trading kits, and templates).
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, as access is immediately granted after payment.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made the same payment twice.
  • Corrupted File or Broken Link: If the downloaded file doesn’t open or link doesn’t work.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Your order ID
  • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)
  • Brief reason for the refund request

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • You didn’t read the product description before buying.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
